Privacy Policy

Last updated — 9 June 2026· Version 1.0· ~9 min read

EINIEX is a private, application-only network where verified members turn who they know into business that gets done. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it. We take a privacy-first, data-minimal approach — we ask for what the network needs to work, and nothing we cannot justify.

The short version

Free to join. We collect application, profile and verification data to admit you and keep the network trusted.

We never sell your data. Your contacts and deal activity are not sold or rented to anyone.

Limited sharing. Data goes only to the processors that run the product — sign-in, payments, verification, email, hosting.

You stay in control. Access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing legal@einiex.com.

01

Who we are

EINIEX is operated by D.I.E. Corporation, a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States ("EINIEX", "we", "us"). For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR), D.I.E. Corporation is the data controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This policy applies to the EINIEX website, the member platform, the application flow, and any related communications (together, the "Service"). Questions about it — or any request relating to your data — should go to legal@einiex.com.

02

Scope & your rights at a glance

We apply one consistent standard worldwide, built around GDPR as the baseline. Wherever you are based, you can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where local law (for example, GDPR/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act) grants additional rights, those apply on top of the baseline. Section 11 explains how to exercise them.

03

Information we collect

We collect only what the network needs to admit you, keep it trusted, and let deals happen on-platform.

Information you give us

  • Application data — name or company name and entity type, email, city and country, sector, role or company size, a description of what you bring to the network, your deal types and intent, an optional professional or company profile link, and any referral.
  • Account & profile — credentials, profile details, avatar, and the membership tier and standing you earn.
  • Posts, connections & messages — what you post (offers, needs, introductions), the connections you request or accept, and the messages you exchange with other members.
  • Support & correspondence — anything you send us by email or through the Service.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage & device data — pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, and similar diagnostic information.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences (including light/dark theme), and understand aggregate usage. See Section 12.

Information from third parties

  • Sign-in providers — if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your basic profile and verified email from Google.
  • Verification & professional data — identity and professional-verification partners, and professional profiles you link (for example, LinkedIn), confirm who you are and your standing.
  • Payment confirmation — our payment processor confirms transactions; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
04

How we use your information

  • Run the network — review your application, create and secure your account, and provide discovery, connections, posting and messaging.
  • Keep it trusted — verify identity and professional standing, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our community rules.
  • Make deals work — surface relevant matches, support on-platform deals, and process the cut and any optional boosts through our payment processor.
  • Communicate — send transactional and service messages (verification, security, deal and account notices) and, where permitted, occasional product updates you can opt out of.
  • Improve — analyse aggregate usage to make the Service faster, clearer and more useful.
  • Comply — meet legal obligations and protect the rights, safety and property of members and EINIEX.
05

Legal bases for processing

Where GDPR / UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases:

  • Contract — to admit you, run your membership, and deliver the Service you ask for.
  • Legitimate interests — to keep the network verified and secure, prevent abuse, and improve the product, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — for optional cookies and any marketing messages, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law and lawful requests.
06

Verification & vetting

Membership is earned, not bought, so we verify who members are. EINIEX performs identity and professional verification — confirming you are a real person or entity and that your stated background and standing hold up. We use specialist verification partners to do this.

EINIEX does not run financial KYC or collect government financial records as a condition of membership. Verification data is used to admit and protect the network, retained only as long as needed for that purpose, and never sold.

07

Sharing, integrations & sub-processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with members as part of how the network works (for example, a profile or post you choose to make visible) and with the vetted service providers that operate the Service on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes below.

Partner
Purpose
Google (Sign-In)
Optional OAuth login and verified email at sign-up.
Stripe
Processing the cut on closed deals and optional paid boosts. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
Identity verification partner
Identity and professional verification to admit and protect the network.
LinkedIn / professional profiles
Confirming professional standing from profiles you choose to link.
Email / messaging provider
Sending transactional and service emails.
Analytics provider
Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage analytics to improve the Service.
Cloud hosting / infrastructure
Securely hosting and operating the platform.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you of any change in control of your data.

08

International data transfers

EINIEX is operated from the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. When we move personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK provisions — to keep your data protected to the same standard described here.

09

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Account and profile data is retained while your membership is active; verification data for as long as needed to protect the network; deal and payment records for the period required by law and accounting; and application data of unsuccessful applicants for a limited review window before deletion. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below.

10

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers, and we limit access to the people and systems that need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information and will notify you and any regulator as required if a breach affecting your data occurs.

11

Your rights & choices

Subject to applicable law, you can:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), within legal limits.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including profiling and marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these, email legal@einiex.com. We respond within the timeframes required by law (generally within 30 days). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

12

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for three things:

  • Essential — sign-in, security, and core functionality. The Service does not work without these.
  • Functional — remembering preferences such as your light or dark theme.
  • Analytics — understanding aggregate usage so we can improve. These are optional and set only where permitted.

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or any cookie controls we present. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works. We honour recognised "do not track" and global privacy control signals where required.

13

Age & eligibility

EINIEX is a professional network for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact legal@einiex.com and we will delete it.

14

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves or the law changes. We will post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify members directly. Continuing to use EINIEX after a change means you accept the revised policy.
